Hi, just a quick update to let you know that the R4 Revolution team is organizing a simple homebrew contest on their site:
http://www.r4revolutionds.co.uk/top-10-r4-ds-homebrew-get-voting/
You just need to post your top 3 homebrew, of course if you like my Marble & Warcraft: Tower Defense games don’t hesitate to support me by voting for them

hello,
My name is Patrick O’Rourke; I’m a third year journalism student at Ryerson University in Toronto Ontario. I’m working on in depth story centered on the idea of maker culture and the Nintendo Ds homebrew community. Basically maker culture is a rejection of mainstream consumer ideas. Those involved in the movement take objects, often electronics and rework them to fit your own individual needs making them more personal.
I was wondering if you’d be intersted in answering a few questions I have about your homebrew ds projects and the Nintendo Ds homebrew community in general. It be extremely helpful to my story.
I’m focusing on the Nintendo DS and the interesting and huge homebrew community that has evolved through the use of flashcards. The article is going to be published in the http://www.Tyee.ca, a Vancouver based online publication and on http://www.Rabble.ca a growing Canadian online publication. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you have the time to talk to me.
Thanks,
